• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns.

• Our team will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
